BENEFITS OF A PMS AFFILIATE
1. A PMSA shall be assigned a dedicated a LGA/LCDA in a state or a subset of a LGA/LCDA depending on the size of a particular place.
2. A PMSA will serve as the company’s representative in the assigned cluster which is invariably a branch of PMS thus operating and coordinating business activities in that particular cluster on behalf of company.
3. As a certified PMS Affiliate, he/she is enabled to post all his/her property contents that meet PMS standards directly into PMS platform from the comfort of his home/office using his phone or computer system for promotion and closure.
4. As the representative of the company in any cluster, he/she is authorized to establish a centre for management of realtors, landlords, investors etc within the cluster
5. The PMSA is entitled to 50% commission payable on property transaction contents posted by him/her as well as sales transactions that he brought clients to close.
6. He will also be entitled to earn 25% of all subscriptions initiated by him within his cluster.
7. He/She shall further earn another 5% from indirect sales commission arising from transactions closed by the referred partners.
8. Upon achieving certain milestone, a PMS Affiliate may be privileged to join PMS PYRAMID NETWORK, which is basically target driven for high flyers who want to increase their earnings and other fringe benefits.

Note that the clusters are structured in line with the local government/LCDA in every state.
