An independent agent/realtor/broker who is certified to work in collaboration with PMS Management, PMS Affiliates and PMS Ambassadors on areas of real estate contents generation, sales activation and business promotion.
A PMSR is required to register with PMS management in order to enjoy special benefits.
FEATURES
1. As a certified PMS REALTOR, he/she is endorsed to submit directly to PMS Admin Officer or PMS Affiliate all property contents that meet PMS required standards for review and onward upload into PMS platform for promotion and closure.
2. A PMS REALTOR is entitled to earn 25% commission on property transactions submitted by him/her
3. He/She shall earn as well 50% commission from client brought in by him/her.
4. In addition, he/she shall also be entitled to earn 15% from any subscription paid by any subscriber introduced by him by way of affiliate referral commission.
5. Further 2% shall apply from indirect sales commission.
6. A PMS Realtor may be upgraded to PMS Ambassador status upon achievement of certain milestones agreed upon.
7. A PMS Realtor shall have access to the company’s pending requests from clients which he can work on for closure.
8. As a PMS Realtor, he shall be privileged to join PMS PYRAMID NETWORK, which is basically target driven for high flyers who want to increase their earnings and other fringe benefits.
